YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

When you request a quote, Those Darn Cleaners collects the contact and property details you provide so we can review your request, discuss cleaning needs, and follow up with you.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, property address or ZIP code, selected service, and any optional property or scheduling details you share. We also record the submission date, lead status, and optional marketing preference.

How your information is used

Your details are used to respond to your cleaning request and manage the quote process. Marketing communications are separate and optional. Leaving that checkbox unchecked does not affect your request.

Storage and access

Requests are stored using Lovable Cloud. Public visitors cannot view lead details; access is restricted to authorized owner accounts. We do not sell your submitted information.

Questions and choices

To ask about your information or change your marketing preference, reach out through the quote form and mention your privacy request. Direct business contact details will be added when available.

Owner accounts

The private owner area uses a login session to manage access. Public visitors do not need an account to request a quote.
